The mission of the Owatonna Tennis Association is to encourage, promote and foster the growth of tennis in the Owatonna area.

OTA provides support to youth to play in USTA tournaments and supports the Owatonna High School tennis programs.
Local Tennis Advocacy & Maintenance
Collaborates with P&R to maintain and repair courts, coordinate funding, support Tennis Pro, and address community tennis needs.
